CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTION FORM
Thank you for supporting my candidacy for Fayette County Sheriff.  In order for me to comply with campaign finance laws I must receive a copy of this completed form along with any contribution made to my campaign.  The completed form information will be supplied to the Kentucky Registry of Election Finance to ensure compliance with these laws.
  • Checks must be made payable to Campaign Fund of Tucker Bulleit for Sheriff
  • The contribution form letter must accompany any contribution check
  • The maximum contribution allowable is $2,000 per individual
  • Corporate contributions are strictly prohibited
